Conditions: The location of the project, Anning, is about 30km far from Kunming city, with its convenient transportation (both railway and highway) and good infrastructures. After the Flat Mill being built, we will have an annual capacity of 445,000 tons of cold rolled strip coils. This project is for the extension of cold rolled products, which will make a good profit with its higher added value. And it is state encouraged new-high-tech project.

Contents: To build a galvanizing line with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, and a color coating line with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons of color coils. Kunming Steel will supply all cold rolled strip for this project.

Total investment: USD27.6 million

Preparations: The preliminary design is under working.

Profit forecasting: USD6.6 million
